Highlighting Project Hero

The date is fast approaching for VCC Cares Annual Charity Golf Tournament! In less than a month, on October 3rd, we will host 2 golf tournaments to benefit several charities, including Project Hero's Ride 2 Recovery. Project Hero is a veterans program that uses cycling to heal soldiers that suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI),  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other injuries. It is currently serving over 10,000 Veterans. Project Hero provides expertise, training, events, and site location support to promote recovery and rehabilitation and customizes to suit individuals' needs, making it possible for almost everyone to participate. So far, there is a 55% decrease in drugs or have eliminated completely, increased ability to perform normal day to day activities, speedier recovery from injuries or conditions, improved sleep, and so much more. We hope you will join us for our Charity Golf Tournament at either the Chenal Country Club in Little Rock or The Lakes at Castle Hills in Dallas.
