This year our team completed an extensive 116,000 sq. ft. renovation of Simon Property's Ingram Park Mall. We renovated the common area with new flooring, handrails, lighting, and paint, while also creating a more open concept they envisioned for new leasing opportunities. As part of the interior renovation, we built a 2,500 square foot mall concourse that allows for better access into the food court from one of the main entries. This required complicated relocation of power and data being used by current tenants as well as relocation of numerous other existing utilities.
Our scope of work also included renovations to restrooms, and construction of 2 new additional restrooms. We replaced all mall parking lot and interior signage to update it to Simon's more modern standards. In addition to the interior signage we renovated four mall entries and to modernize those as well. We worked extremely close with both the owners, architects, and mall management for smooth transition of tenants and to minimize disruption to the operating mall.
