One Daytona Completion

Experience the Daytona Beach area’s newest epicenter for shopping, dining and entertainment – ONE DAYTONA, just across from at the all-new Daytona International Speedway. This ISC-owned mixed-use destination provides 300,000 square feet includingnew construction, site work, hardscape, and landscape geared specifically for a sports entertainment destination. Despite significant rainfall due to Hurricane Irma and other inclement weather, we were able to overcome the obstacles and finish the project on time.

Victory Circle is a notable part of the project—a high-energy outdoor space where people can relax, watch live entertainment, eat, and gather. Kaleb Lee from NBC’s “The VOICE” recently performed there. ONE DAYTONA is home to many new-to-market tenants including anchors Bass Pro Shops and Cobb Theatres, and soon to open GameTime family entertainment center, among others. This is a must-visit the next time you’re in Daytona Beach on vacation or if you’re planning to attend the Coke Zero Sugar 400 on July 7) or DAYTONA 500 in February 2019 (hint, tickets go on sale next week).
