Public Storage Little Elm Opens

E-commerce continues to be a large part of the world's economy and because of this, the warehouse and distribution sectors continue to grow in the construction industry. VCC has built many warehouses throughout our 31 years and since 2017 we have partnered with Public Storage to deliver their projects across the country. One most recently completed is the Public Storage Little Elm in Frisco, TX. This three-story 94,000 square foot temperature controlled self-storage facility was a new construction project using masonry, stucco, light gauge load bearing walls, and storefront materials. Our other work with Public Storage currently under construction include several in the Houston area, Atlanta, GA and Pompano Beach, FL. These will be completed at different times throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media and our blog to find out when they are completed.
