VCC was contracted to restore a 54,235 sf tenant space at Opry Mills Mall, which was devastated by the historic Nashville Flood of 2012. VCC was working with two owners representatives - Simon Property Group & Dave & Buster’s - in redeveloping this space. VCC’s challenge was bringing the existing tenant space to pre-flood conditions for Simon, while Dave & Buster’s design team was re-designing their finish-out. VCC incorporated Dave & Buster’s new design, which was issued during construction, and finished the project before the Thanksgiving Holiday, within budget and on time. This location includes a restaurant, video arcade, billiards room and bowling alley.
