Pinnacle Hills

The signature quality of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade is its beautiful array of architectural styles within an open-air shopping environment. At the time of construction, the mall was an exemplar for outdoor shopping designs throughout the country. The mall supports the surrounding community as a popular social theatre with a large selection of retail outlets, offices, restaurants, a movie theater and a unique food court.

At nearly one million square feet, there are approximately five different architectural styles within one stretch of one hundred feet of building fa├žade. As such construction materials and types were organized per building style and latent design changes were met successfully without extending the opening date.
